Process flow:

Construction preparation → stakeout → blanking → welding → sanding → weld inspection → polishing

1.Before the construction, the site shall be staked out and the lengths of various rods shall be accurately calculated.

2.According to the length of various rods, the blanking can be carried out accurately. The allowable deviation of the blanking length of the components is 1mm.

3.Select the appropriate welding process, electrode diameter, welding current, welding speed, etc., verified by welding process test.

4.Degreasing and decontamination treatment: Check whether the groove, assembly clearance meets the requirements before welding, and whether the positioning welding is firm and there must be no oil around the weld. Otherwise, trichloroethylene, benzene, gasoline, neutral detergents or other chemicals should be selected for brushing with a stainless steel filament brush, if necessary, grinding with an angle grinder, grinding the metal surface and then welding.
